Successful K 2007 plastics fair with a wealth of innovations

Düsseldorf. Using the motto “VisionWorks – Today and Tomorrow”, Bayer MaterialScience showcased a host of innovative developments at the 17th International Trade Fair for Plastics and Rubber, K 2007, held in Düsseldorf, Germany, at the end of October. The company’s stand occupied more than 1,000 square meters and played host to over 120 exhibits in fields such as automotive, electrical engineering, electronics, communication, construction, timber, furniture, sports, ­leisure and medical technology. The extensive and varied developments covered products and applications from the Polyurethanes; Polycarbonates; Thermoplastic Polyurethanes; Coatings, Adhesives, ­Sealants; and “New Business” units.
In line with the chosen motto, Bayer MaterialScience displayed market-ready developments and examples from its extensive innovation portfolio that may play their part in its future success.
